According to the ever reliable ‘a trusted source’, Gears of War 3 will be released in April of next year, or at least so says Edge.

During my school days I was one of those kids into the whole games workshop/warhammer thing. As a result I was seriously excited when it was announced that a console version of their tabletop classic Blood Bowl was being developed. Here’s a bit of news that I’m sure will have Webby smiling: Atari have announced that a sequel to their popular Test Drive Unlimited will be coming later this year. The release date currently is the wonderfully vague ‘Fall 2010′.
The game will feature an all new island to explore and cars will now feature more accurate damage modelling. The devs are also aiming to expand on the MMO features present in the first game, using the term MOOR (Massively Open Online Racing) to describe the experience.

Here’s the newly released teaser trailer for the upcoming XBLA shooter, Blacklight: Tango Down. Not too much info is available about it at present, apart from the claim that it will offer AAA production quality but in a downloadable game. All that’s known story wise is that it’ll be of a sci-fi military nature. Hey, info is that scarce I couldn’t even find any screens of it, hence the lovely blacklight picture on the front page! Anyways, this video looks interesting enough to me.
