The Halo: Reach Beta is right around the corner for the public but I was lucky enough to score an early access to the beta a few days before it comes out to the general public on May 3rd. There’s been plenty of leaked info lately regarding a sequel to DJ hero and I would most certainly be interested in picking it up if it does ever get released. In the meantime there’s a half decent looking DLC pack for the original game coming out this Thursday consisting of:
* “Sandstorm” by Darude Mixed With “Higher State of Consciousness” by Josh Wink’
* “Wolfgang’s Fifth Symphony” beat juggle by Wolfgang Gartner
* “Red Mist VIP” beat juggle by Danny Byrd.

I’ve been noticing something of a worrying trend lately and the more I notice it the more I fear for the future of gaming. It seems that, in a quest to woo the casual audience, games developers are simplifying their products.

Let’s be honest, RTS games on consoles have generally been pants. Dumbed down, shabby looking and with control schemes that struggle in comparison to the traditional mouse and keyboard set ups available on PC. There’s been the odd exception to this rule, and my hopes were high that R.U.S.E would be a breakthrough title for the genre.

The world of “AQUA – Naval Warfare” is covered largely by oceans.
